Freedom Digital Bank France is seeking an experienced Chief Risk Officer to establish and lead the bank's risk-management function in France. The CRO will provide independent oversight of credit, liquidity, market, operational, technology and cyber risks, shaping risk appetite and ensuring alignment with capital, strategy and regulatory obligations.

Competenze

• 10+ years of risk management experience in digital banking, fintech or regulated financial institutions.
• Proven leadership in CRO or senior risk roles.
• Strong knowledge of ERM, CRR/CRD, ICAAP, ILAAP and risk appetite frameworks.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Establish and lead the independent risk management function for Freedom Digital Bank France.
• Develop and implement the enterprise risk management framework (ERM).
• Define risk taxonomy, appetite, limits and monitoring.
• Identify, assess, monitor and report material risks across the bank.
• Oversee credit, liquidity, market, operational, technology, cybersecurity, outsourcing and concentration risks.
