Qualifications

• Experience managing janitorial staff and scheduling shifts.
• Ability to monitor attendance and report absences.
• Strong communication with clients and management in CT area.

Responsabilités

• Assign cleaning duties to staff and inspect work quality.
• Distribute supplies and equipment to janitorial staff as needed.
• Inventory cleaning supplies and equipment; inform management when depleted.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cleaning methods and provide guidance to staff.
• Provide training to janitorial staff and assist during shortages.
• Review payroll timesheets for locations and staff.
• Maintain rapport with customers in the CT area.
