Bitstack is hiring a Compliance professional to oversee regulatory monitoring and the AML/CFT framework. You will draft policies, liaise with authorities, and manage reporting obligations for TRACFIN and other regulators.

The role supports cross-functional teams across product and tech and contributes to a strong culture of compliance. We value Masters-level education in banking/ finance, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly in French and English.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent in banking, financial law, compliance, finance or related.
• At least 3 years in compliance within CASP, payment institution, credit institution or fintech.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor regulatory developments (MiCA, DORA, TFR) and assess impact on Bitstack.
• Draft, update and coordinate compliance policies and procedures.
• Review STR submissions via ERMES and respond to TRACFIN requests.
