Relief International (RI) is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator – Cross Border to manage day-to-day supply chain activities for Sudan cross-border programs. You will oversee procurement, logistics, fleet, warehouse, and asset management in line with RI policies and donor regulations, while ensuring timely delivery of goods in a complex setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or equivalent experience in supply chain management
• Strong ability to manage procurement, logistics, warehouse and stock controls
• Excellent IT skills with spreadsheets, word processing and databases
• Fluent written and spoken English; French/additional languages a plus

Responsabilités

• Procurement: implement plans, process PRs and PO in line with RI/donor procedures
• Cross-border logistics: coordinate Chad-Sudan shipments, customs and transport
• GH, Warehouse and Stock: supervise border warehouses, accurate stock records
• Fleet management: track vehicle usage, logbooks and maintenance
• Compliance & Reporting: ensure RI policies and donor requirements, support audits
• Team supervision: oversee SC Officers/Assistants and capacity building
• Behavior: uphold RI code of conduct and safeguarding policies
• Staff recruitment support and cross-team coordination
