Roche is seeking an Expert Transport and Distribution (d/f/m) to lead the logistics and transport function within a diverse team. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and drive service quality, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance across local and international operations.

Ideal candidates will have a university degree in logistics or supply chain and strong experience in logistics management, customs, IATA/ADR rules, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in logistics and transport management with knowledge of transport regulations.
• Experience with customs regulations (DROM) and import/export compliance.

Responsabilités

• Ensure quality of logistics and transport services while delivering client satisfaction at best cost and complying with Roche standards.
• Manage logistics providers, RFQs, service quality assessments, audits in collaboration with global/local procurement teams and local operations teams.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction and manage delivery-related complaints.
• Oversee budgeting: forecasts, monthly tracking, and cost optimization for transport and logistics services.
• Ensure compliance with local and international transport regulations and Roche quality norms; manage customs and tax regulations for imports/exports; adhere to IATA/ADR for dangerous goods; oversee TMD report.
• Serve as export control officer in relation to the Group.
• Contribute to defining CSR policy and related KPIs for transport/logistics and propose continuous improvement ideas.

Formation

University degree in logistics, supply chain management or equivalent
