Ingersoll Rand Air Solutions Hibon in Wasquehal is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize all logistics flows, from procurement through to customer delivery. You will drive performance against group standards, ensure timely delivery, and foster continuous improvement for both standard and engineered-to-order products.

Responsibilities include defining material and product flow strategies, leading the SIOP process, managing supplier performance, and reporting key KPIs to management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• General Engineering degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, preferably in mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement strategies for managing material and product flows.
• Optimize materials management activities, including planning, procurement, inventory management, and shipping.
• Lead the SIOP process and align demand, production capacity, and supply resources.
• Ensure smooth execution of logistics flows from planning to delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team and manage the department budget.
