Jellyfish in Paris is seeking a CRO/Experience Optimisation specialist to develop and implement data-led optimisation strategies for a luxury goods client. You will lead cross-functional analyses, run experiments, and deliver actionable insights while growing into leadership roles.

The role is hybrid and based in our Paris office, with a gross annual salary of EUR 38,000–42,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French; professional English required for client work.
• 2+ years in end-to-end experience optimisation or CRO.
• Ability to map user journeys from discovery to measurement.
• Experience with web/app/product analytics and qualitative tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset; translate data into actions.
• Proactive in building long-lasting client relationships and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with a luxury account to define optimisation roadmaps.
• Be CRO/experience optimisation subject matter expert across brands.
• Conduct end-to-end user journey audits and cross-channel campaigns.
• Define data mapping and reporting; align tech with strategy timelines.
• Mentor junior team members and support operational challenges.
