Bandai Namco's EMEA head office is seeking an enthusiastic CRM intern to join the Newsletter Campaigns team. You will support the Senior CRM Campaign Specialist and collaborate with the CRM Manager, Web Designer, and internal stakeholders across departments in a dynamic, international environment.

You will learn end-to-end newsletter processes from brief to conception, including audience segmentation, email build, automation, and post-analysis, while gaining hands-on experience in CRM tooling.

Formación

• Student internship in CRM or Marketing preferred.
• Familiarity with newsletters and email campaigns.
• Able to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in end-to-end newsletter campaigns from brief to conception.
• Create audience segmentation for CRM emailing.
• Build and test emails and automation scenarios.
• Consolidate results in internal reports and post-mortems.
