You’ll leverage AI creative tools, benchmark trends, and collaborate with Dev, UA and Product to ensure content aligns with marketing goals and business priorities.

• Proven ability to craft high quality video content for mobile apps.
• Experience using AI-based creative tools to generate assets quickly.
• Strong sense for trends, culture and attention-grabbing formats.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video and static content for mobile apps, specifically tailored for Meta Ads
• Ideate and execute creative concepts that go beyond standard executions
• Become a creative expert: benchmark competitors, identifying opportunities from trends and user behaviors
• Understand how your creations perform and why: read hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, and retention signals to iterate quickly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, UA, Product) to align with marketing strategy and business priorities
