Voodoo's Growth team is seeking a skilled video ads creative specialist to join the Paper.io 2 squad in Paris. You will create mobile video ads that engage millions, become a creative expert in mobile gaming, and analyze performance to optimize campaigns, working with a diverse team.

Looking for: 3+ years in a similar role, proficiency in video editing and After Effects, knowledge of AI creative tools, and a strong sense for marketing-driven content in the hyper-casual mobile gaming space.

Qualifications

Fully proficient in video editing and content creation.
Expert in After Effects; 3D softwares and/or Unity are a plus.
Creative mindset with a hacker attitude.
Understand how your creations drive marketing performance.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 3+ years in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.).
Deep familiarity with the mobile gaming market, especially hyper casual and casual.

Responsibilities
