Voodoo, a Paris-based consumer tech company, is seeking a creative video ads specialist to craft engaging mobile content and benchmark industry trends. You will work with a diverse team to understand performance drivers and iterate with new tools.

The role combines hands-on editing, After Effects expertise, and collaboration in a fast-paced, international environment, with remote days and a flexible vacation policy in a vibrant Paris office.

Qualifications

At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway).
Fully proficient with video editing and content creation.
Expert in After Effects; 3D software and/or Unity is a plus.
Creative and hacker mindset.
Understands how creations drive marketing performance.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people (paid and organic).
Become a creative expert in mobile gaming/apps and benchmark competitors.
Develop a deep understanding of performance and why content works.
Collaborate in a small, diverse creative squad and contribute to transversal initiatives.
