Ingenio in Paris seeks a Creative Growth Marketing Apprentice reporting to the Head of Acquisition Europe. You’ll help craft campaigns across European brands, gain hands-on experience in Creative Content, Paid Media, Video Editing, Landing Pages, CRM, UX and AI.

Role requires being in the Paris office at least 3 days a week. You’re pursuing a Master’s in Digital Marketing or related field, with internship or project experience preferable.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
• Experience via internship or projects in Digital Marketing or Content Creation.
• Proficient with Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience editing videos using CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• French native with strong English proficiency.
• Creative, curious, and eager to learn in Growth Marketing.

Responsabilités

• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Design visual assets for Google/Meta/TikTok Ads and other channels.
• Edit short-form videos (UGC, Reels, Shorts).
• Adapt assets for multiple European markets.
• Use AI tools to accelerate creative production.
• Support creation and optimization of landing pages.
• Build gamified experiences using templates (quizzes, spins).
• Contribute to UX improvements for web & app.
• Assist with A/B testing and conversion optimization.

How you’ll be impactful:

As a Creative Growth Marketing Apprentice, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Acquisition Europe, you'll help create innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition across our European brands.

This apprenticeship will give you hands‑on experience across Creative Content, Paid Media, Video Editing, Landing Pages, CRM, User Experience and Artificial Intelligence, providing a true 360° introduction to Growth Marketing.

You’ll be encouraged to bring your ideas, experiment with new concepts and directly contribute to the performance of our campaigns.

Please note: This role will require being in our Paris office at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll be doing:

Creative Content

• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Design visual assets for Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other acquisition channels.
• Edit short‑form videos (UGC, Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts).
• Adapt creative assets for multiple European markets.
• Use AI tools to accelerate creative production.

Landing Pages & User Experience

• Support the creation and optimization of high‑converting landing pages.
• Build engaging gamified experiences using existing templates (quizzes, spin‑the‑wheel, contests and more).
• Contribute to UX improvements web & app.
• Assist with A/B testing and conversion optimization.

CRM & Digital Acquisition

• Create SMS and Push Notification campaigns.
• Support the launch of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok campaigns.
• Monitor benchmark and identify new creative opportunities.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI tools to improve content creation.
• Explore new creative AI solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• You’re currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or Master 2) in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Communication, UX/UI Design, Digital Design or a related field.
• Ideally, you already have previous experience through an internship, apprenticeship or personal projects in Digital Marketing or Content Creation.
• You’re comfortable using Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• You have experience editing videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• You’re curious, creative and eager to learn.
• You’re excited to develop your skills in Growth Marketing, AI and Digital Acquisition.
• French is your native language, and you have a good level of spoken and written English.
