Cailabs in Rennes, France, is seeking a Real Estate Manager on a maternity leave replacement to oversee administrative and financial management of our buildings and to support workspace evolution in a fast-growing environment.

You will coordinate with HR, Maintenance, and Quality teams, manage budgets, relationships with property owners and insurers, and ensure safety and security of sites while driving workspace developments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of corporate real estate.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and coordinate their stages.
• Autonomous with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative and financial aspects of our buildings, including budgets, rent and service charges.
• Support the evolution and reorganization of our workspaces in line with growth.
• Ensure the safety and security of our buildings and employees, including site access and safety procedures.
