Job summary

IRCA Group is seeking a senior HR professional to cover a maternity leave replacement for the France HR Manager. The role partners with business leaders to drive people strategies, oversees payroll and administration, and steers talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management for France, while guiding general services and labor compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience in structured companies; 3–5 years in leading HR roles.
• Solid payroll, TA, L&D, ER, and performance management know-how; strong HR analytics.
• Fluent in French and English; proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Infor M3 and Talentia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner for the French organization, partnering with managers and the local Leadership Team on all people-related matters.
• Oversee payroll, personnel administration, time & attendance, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Lead talent acquisition in coordination with Central TA, training & development, performance reviews, and compensation cycles.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, labor law topics, and liaise with employee representative bodies (CSE).
• Monitor internal climate and people relations; drive HR metrics and KPI analysis for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate temporary workforce management and oversee General Services, including cars, IT equipment, travel expenses, and workplace services.
• Contribute to local and regional HR projects like workforce planning, skills matrix, collective agreements, safety initiatives, and engagement events.
