Natixis NY Branch in France is seeking a Market Operations Manager for Corporate Actions. You will be the first entry point in the operational chain for market data and corporate actions, collaborating with Front Office, IT and other teams.

Based in Charenton-Le-Pont with hybrid/remote options, the role requires a finance degree and at least 3 years in investment banking, with strong Sophis and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Higher education in finance with at least 3 years in an investment bank middle/back market role.
• Knowledge of corporate actions markets and financial instruments.
• Advanced use of Sophis and Excel systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage market data and Golden Copy via the CAT tool.
• Provide data, corporate actions and position adjustments support to Front Office.
• Analyze complex corporate actions (mergers, splits, capital changes, distributions).
• Monitor front-end systems and ensure data reliability across platforms.
