ABC arbitrage is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join its Core Platform team in Paris. You will design and build core services and libraries in C#/.NET and maintain Python interfaces used by our Data & Research ecosystem, across on-premise and cloud environments.

You will tackle distributed systems, performance and reliability challenges while delivering developer tooling and consistent APIs. You will collaborate with traders, quants and researchers to turn needs into reusable

Qualifications

5 to 8 years of professional software development experience.
Strong fundamentals in software engineering and learning ability are valued over specific languages.
Experience building backend or systems software in modern languages is preferred.

Responsabilités

Design and build core services, frameworks and libraries in C#/.NET.
Design and maintain Python libraries and integration layers for Data & Research ecosystem.
Work on distributed computing, data infrastructure, messaging and internal APIs.
Build tools and abstractions to hide infrastructure complexity and improve developer productivity.
Design APIs with a consistent experience across C# and Python.
Address performance, security, reliability and scalability challenges.
Own topics from architecture through production and respond to production issues.
