Preferred Travel Group in Paris is seeking a highly organized Coordinator for Global RFP Programs to support an international RFP team and help achieve daily and long-term goals for a productive global hotel program.
You will work with global sales directors and hotelier members, manage deadlines, train staff, and oversee bid releases and submissions across tools like Cvent and PreferredNet, ensuring accurate data entry and top-tier service.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Coordinator, Global RFP Programs to assist and support an international RFP Programs department in all areas to successfully implement and maintain the daily and long‑term goals set to create a productive and profitable global hotel program department. You will work closely with the global sales directors, RFP department team coordinators, and hotelier members to achieve department goals and targets. Brand membership currently includes 700 hotels and growing.
Success is achieved from demonstrating initiative and accountability, consistently following through on commitments, and maintaining a professional approach while delivering high service standards. Success also comes from embracing continuous learning, actively seeking feedback, and developing expertise in RFP processes, industry tools, and Preferred's programs to drive ongoing growth and effectiveness.
With our in‑office philosophy, our associates are expected to be in the office at least three days per week, supporting a healthy balance between in‑person collaboration and flexible remote work.
