Pernod Ricard, headquartered in Paris, is seeking a Convivialité Ventures Analyst Intern for a 6-month program on the Europe/LATAM team. Based at The Island in central Paris, you will join a small international unit and contribute across sourcing, due diligence, and post-investment support.

The role targets students in final years or gap years from top-tier schools, with mandatory M&A/PE/VC experience; entertainment/hospitality exposure is a plus, and a love for music is advantageous.

You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

You’ll be joining a small, international team and will be involved in every step of the investment process , from sourcing to post-investment support.

Your Missions

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities
• Conduct market research, benchmarks , and thematic deep dives to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Participate in financial analysis, due diligence , and investment memo preparation.
• Support portfolio monitoring and ecosystem-building across the EMEA/LATAM regions.

• Academic background: Gap year or final year of a top-tier business or engineering school.
• Experience: Prior experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital is mandatory. Experience in the entertainment, music, or hospitality industry is a strong plus.
• Mindset: Analytical, curious, and passionate about startups and the entertainment world.
• A love for music is a real advantage.
