Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Convivialité Ventures Analyst Intern to join the Europe/LATAM team in Paris for six months, from March 27 to August 27. Based at Island, the central Paris office near Saint-Lazare, you will join a small, international team investing in experiential startups.

You will source and evaluate opportunities, conduct market research, assist in financial analysis and due diligence, and support portfolio monitoring across EMEA/LATAM.

Qualifications

• Academic background: Gap year or final year of a top-tier business or engineering school.
• Experience: Prior experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital is mandatory.
• Experience in the entertainment, music, or hospitality industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research, benchmarks, and thematic deep dives to identify trends.
• Participate in financial analysis, due diligence, and investment memo preparation.
• Support portfolio monitoring and ecosystem-building across the EMEA/LATAM regions.
