Job summary

Pernod Ricard France invites you to join as Convivialité Ventures Analyst Intern for 6 months in Paris. Based at The Island, you’ll participate in sourcing, due diligence, and investment memos while supporting the portfolio across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and LATAM.

Ideal candidates have M&A/PE/VC experience, are in the final year or gap year of a top business/engineering school, and are passionate about startups and the entertainment world.

Qualifications

• Gap year or final year in a top-tier business or engineering school.
• Prior experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital is mandatory.
• Experience in entertainment, music or hospitality is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research, benchmarks and deep dives.
• Participate in financial analysis, due diligence, and memo prep.
• Support portfolio monitoring across EMEA/LATAM.

Pernod Ricard is looking for a Convivialité Ventures Analyst Intern to join the Europe/LATAM team for 6 months from March 27 to August 27. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8). We invest in exceptional experiences that bring people together – across entertainment, music, hospitality, and the broader experience economy. Our mission is to back visionary founders shaping how people connect, celebrate, and live shared moments. You’ll be joining a small, international team and will be involved in every step of the investment process, from sourcing to post-investment support.

Your Missions

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities
• Conduct market research, benchmarks, and thematic deep dives to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Participate in financial analysis, due diligence, and investment memo preparation.
• Support portfolio monitoring and ecosystem-building across the EMEA/LATAM regions.

Academic background

Gap year or final year of a top-tier business or engineering school.

Experience

• Prior experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital is mandatory.
• Experience in the entertainment, music, or hospitality industry is a strong plus.

Mindset

• Analytical, curious, and passionate about startups and the entertainment world.
• A love for music is a real advantage.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
