Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Contract Specialist to draft, review, and finalize commercial agreements for diverse projects. This remote role demands precise contractual language, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously across time zones.

Responsibilities include creating templates, ensuring compliance with current standards, and providing clear negotiations support for MSAs, leases, IP, and marketing contracts. 10-40 hrs/week, remote.

Qualifications

• Have strong relevant experience in the domain of contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
• Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
