As Content Strategy & Creative Operations Lead, you will shape and lead the global content strategy, ensuring that creative initiatives support business objectives, customer journeys, and go-to-market priorities. You will oversee a multidisciplinary Content & Design Team, managing resources, workflows, and production processes to deliver high-quality, consistent, and impactful content. Working across marketing, product, sales, and regional teams, you will ensure unified messaging throughout campaigns, websites, product launches, and sales enablement materials. You will also drive operational excellence by introducing AI-powered tools, automation, and scalable content production practices. Using performance data and customer insights, you will identify opportunities to optimize content effectiveness and contribute to business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic leadership, creative operations, and technological innovation within an international B2B technology environment focused on transforming healthcare communications.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a global content strategy aligned with business objectives, go-to-market priorities, brand positioning, and customer journey requirements.
  • Identify content gaps, evaluate business opportunities, and prioritize initiatives according to their expected impact, strategic importance, and available resources.
  • Lead and develop the Content & Design Team, overseeing team performance, professional development, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
  • Establish scalable content production workflows, creative processes, quality standards, and approval procedures to ensure efficient and consistent delivery.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality messaging across all content formats, communication channels, and customer touchpoints.
  • Introduce AI-powered tools, automation solutions, and content reuse strategies to improve production efficiency, scalability, and overall content effectiveness.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze content performance metrics, identifying optimization opportunities and translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Marketing Operations teams to measure content contribution to marketing campaigns, demand generation, and sales pipeline performance.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Sales teams to develop compelling market-facing content and effective sales enablement materials.
  • Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across websites, digital campaigns, product launches, marketing assets, and sales communications.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, coordinate cross-functional priorities, and ensure alignment between competing content requests and business needs.
  • Continuously improve creative and content operations by introducing best practices, optimizing resource utilization, and strengthening collaboration across departments.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, creative operations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, with direct responsibility for managing and developing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven experience within enterprise B2B SaaS, complex technology solutions, or similarly consultative B2B business environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute content strategies aligned with customer journeys, business objectives, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, product marketing, buyer enablement, and digital marketing principles.
  • Hands-on experience managing content production workflows, resource planning, creative briefing, quality assurance, and approval processes.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate insights into practical strategic and operational decisions.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership to align priorities and deliver business-critical initiatives.
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency, ideally at C1 level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional and international settings.
  • A strategic and creative mindset, combined with strong operational discipline and the ability to balance quality, efficiency, and commercial impact.

Additional qualifications that would be an advantage:

  • Previous experience in Life Sciences, PharmaTech, HealthTech, or other regulated B2B industries.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial and medical content workflows, including Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review, localization, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), complex enterprise buyer journeys, or international go-to-market strategies.
  • Previous involvement in implementing AI-powered content production, workflow automation, and content optimization solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, CMS/DXP systems, digital analytics tools, and content performance dashboards.
  • Experience building, scaling, or transforming an internal creative or content operations function.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation: Attractive salary package with performance-based salary reviews.
  • Remote flexibility: Flexible working arrangements with fully remote opportunities.
  • Paid time off: 18 business days of paid annual leave, in addition to sick leave in accordance with company policy.
  • Family support: Three paid business days of family leave for important personal and family moments.
  • Healthcare coverage: Comprehensive medical insurance.
  • Professional development: Access to learning programs, industry forums, conferences, and continuous development opportunities.
  • Language learning: English language courses to support professional communication and international collaboration.
  • Career growth: Opportunities to take ownership of strategic initiatives, expand your expertise, and develop professionally within a global organization.
  • International collaboration: Work alongside a diverse, supportive team of professionals across different countries and disciplines.
  • Team engagement: Regular team-building activities, corporate events, and opportunities for knowledge sharing.
  • Purpose-driven work: Contribute to innovative technology solutions that help pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations improve communication and make medical information more accessible worldwide.
