Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager based in France.

As Senior Growth Product Manager, you will take ownership of the entire customer acquisition and conversion funnel, from the first advertising interaction to the initial purchase and subscription renewal. You will play a key role in driving sustainable revenue growth by optimizing user journeys, onboarding experiences, pricing strategies, paywalls, and upsell opportunities. Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, you will lead experimentation initiatives, analyze behavioral data, and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and revenue performance. You will work closely with marketing, design, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver impactful product improvements at scale. Balancing commercial objectives with an exceptional user experience, you will ensure that growth initiatives generate high-quality, long-term customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the growth strategy of an innovative, AI-powered consumer health and wellness platform.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end acquisition and conversion funnel, from initial advertising exposure through onboarding, purchase, and the first subscription renewal.
  • Drive core business metrics, including purchase conversion rates, incremental revenue, refund rates, and first renewal performance.
  • Define growth priorities and allocate team resources, including product management and shared design capacity, toward the highest-impact revenue opportunities.
  • Lead a high-velocity experimentation program across the entire funnel, testing acquisition flows, audience segments, onboarding experiences, quizzes, paywalls, pricing strategies, free trials, offers, and upsells.
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketing teams to align advertising creative strategies and messaging with onboarding experiences and purchase propositions.
  • Analyze the performance of different acquisition channels, including paid, organic, and referral traffic, and develop tailored user journeys based on acquisition source, intent, and behavioral profiles.
  • Build and maintain behavioral funnels, attribution models, analytics dashboards, and reporting frameworks to identify conversion bottlenecks and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Use customer feedback, behavioral insights, and user research to understand customer motivations and challenges, translating findings into more effective product experiences.
  • Apply UX principles and behavioral psychology techniques, including personalization, social proof, urgency, and storytelling, to improve perceived product value and reduce friction throughout the purchasing journey.
  • Partner with analytics, engineering, marketing, and product teams to deliver end-to-end initiatives and ensure prioritization is driven by measurable business impact.
  • Lead and develop product team members, fostering a data-driven culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about subscription business trends, emerging growth strategies, and evolving consumer behaviors to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in growth management or product management within consumer subscription businesses, including 2+ years of people management experience overseeing product managers, designers, analysts, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience owning and optimizing an end-to-end web or web-to-app subscription conversion funnel supported by significant paid acquisition investment.
  • Demonstrated success improving conversion rates and generating measurable revenue growth, supported by concrete examples of previous experiments and business results.
  • Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels, including Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital advertising platforms, with the ability to connect changes in advertising creatives and channel performance to downstream conversion metrics.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies, including onboarding and warm-up strategies, with the ability to interpret results and distinguish statistically reliable insights from misleading outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, with practical experience independently analyzing behavioral, acquisition, and payment data and developing growth models.
  • Experience building and optimizing conversion funnels, attribution frameworks, performance dashboards, and data-driven reporting systems.
  • Proven ability to align marketing, product, design, analytics, and engineering teams around shared objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology, UX principles, subscription monetization, pricing strategies, and customer purchasing behavior.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, make informed decisions, and iterate quickly based on data and feedback.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams and communicate complex insights clearly.
  • Genuine interest in delivering exceptional user experiences while achieving ambitious commercial objectives.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of subscription business models, industry developments, and emerging growth practices.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation: Attractive salary package based on experience and qualifications.
  • Equity opportunities: Stock options, providing the opportunity to participate in the company's long-term success.
  • Remote flexibility: Fully remote working arrangements.
  • Annual leave: 21 days of paid annual leave, in addition to public holidays.
  • Work equipment: All the necessary equipment and tools to perform your role effectively.
  • Premium subscriptions: Complimentary premium access to the wider product family, including Simple, Flo, and Zing.
  • International environment: Opportunity to collaborate with a global team working across consumer technology, health, wellness, and digital product innovation.
  • Professional growth: Opportunity to take ownership of high-impact growth initiatives and contribute directly to business performance and product strategy.
