Accor is seeking a Content Manager Development and Design & Technical Services for ENA PME, shaping internal and external communications across the Development and D&TS teams. You will design content strategies, manage calendars and collaborate with stakeholders to support business objectives.

You will translate objectives into compelling messages, oversee content creation, and ensure alignment with ENA's voice across channels, including digital and events, to boost visibility and impact.

Responsabilités

• Content Strategy Development: design and implement a robust content strategy.
• Content Creation and Repurposing: collaborate with leads to prepare messaging and produce content for channels.
• Content Calendar Management: maintain a calendar for local, regional, and global amplification.
• Content Management: ensure content is suitable and optimised for each channel and audience.
• Campaign Management: lead content campaigns to boost visibility with partners.
• Content Library: build and maintain a library of key facts and figures.
• Social Media C-Profiling: contribute to profiling strategy for senior leaders.
• Strategic Planning and Influence: align messaging across channels within ENA Communications master plan.
• Content Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment: work with other teams to support campaigns.
• Content Performance Analysis: monitor campaigns and adjust strategy as needed.
