ACTEON Group is seeking a Master’s student in the field of Communication or Marketing to join our Clinical Education & Training team. You will craft English social content, newsletters and marketing materials while managing digital tools and coordinating international events.

You will work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (Canva a plus). Strong English and detail-oriented creativity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's 1 or 2 specialising in Communication or Marketing.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Canva proficiency required; Captivate is a bonus for SCORM files.
• Strong English; international environment experience.
• Autonomous, rigorous, curious, and creative with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

ACTEON® is an international group specializing in dental and medical technologies. Within our Clinical Education & Training division, we develop training and communication programs for clinicians, distributors, and internal teams on a global scale.

Your Role

You will join the Clinical Education & Training team and work directly with the Communication Manager across a broad and varied scope:

Content Creation

• Write social media content in English and create associated visuals
• Draft newsletters (monthly communications or
• Design marketing materials: brochures, roll-ups, and other print and digital supports
• Contribute to the management and animation of online communication tools

Digital Management

• Update and manage digital platforms (LMS AIM, Acteon Club)

Events & Coordination

• Support the organization of international events and training sessions
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Reporting & Administration

• KPI reporting and monitoring
• Administrative tasks related to procurement and orders

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master's 1 or Master's 2 programme, specialising in Communication or Marketing
• Proficient with the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
• Bonus with Adobe Captivate to create SCORM format files
• Proficient with Canva
• Strong English skills are essential: you will work in an international environment and produce all your content in English
• Autonomous, rigorous, and curious
