Job summary

Cafeyn Group's Kidjo platform in Paris is seeking a motivated marketing/content-focused intern to support content operations and marketing activities across the Kidjo platform.

Reporting to the Content & Marketing Manager, you will help organize the content catalog, prepare assets, write social content, assist with partner coordination, and contribute to market research and campaigns while gaining exposure to product evolution and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Strong curiosity and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support content operations and marketing activities across the Kidjo platform.
• Assist with content catalog organization, metadata review, and publication readiness.
• Contribute to marketing plans, editorial calendars, and promotional assets.
• Write, schedule, and publish social media content; assist partner communications.
• Monitor KPIs and analytics to support content optimization and campaigns.
• Assist with partner follow-up, customer care coordination, and FAQ updates.
• Support creation of visuals, copy, banners, and short video assets.
• Conduct benchmarking of competitors and identify trends for product and content strategy.

Your Mission

Reporting directly to the Content & Marketing Manager, you will support both content operations and marketing activities across the Kidjo platform.

Content Management & Organization

• Support the organization and update of the content catalog

• Review metadata and publication assets

• Prepare content for integration into the applications

• Contribute to the creation of interactive content (e.g. quizzes linked to stories)

Marketing & Campaign Support

• Prepare marketing materials including banners, copy, visuals, and promotional assets

• Help optimize content visibility and product feature launches by contributing to marketing plans, editorial calendars, promotional activations, and budget estimations

• Support the creation of promotional materials for partners

• Write, schedule, and publish social media content

• Monitor performance metrics (KPIs, analytics) and contribute to content optimization

Partner Support & Customer Care

• Assist with partner follow-up and coordination

• Centralize and qualify customer care requests

• Contribute to FAQ updates and documentation improvements

Operational Support

• Assist in the creation of visuals, copy, banners, and short video assets

• Organize content catalogs and support content publication workflows

• Help manage content and marketing planning schedules

Benchmark & Market Research

• Conduct regular benchmarking of competing apps (product, content, and marketing analysis)

• Identify trends and best practices within children's digital platforms

• Produce summaries and insights to support product evolution, user experience, content strategy, and promotional initiatives

Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English

• Strong curiosity and analytical mindset

• Comfortable with social media platforms and digital content

• Good command of Excel and basic creative/design tools

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months

• Location: Paris

• Requirements : Internship agreement from your school or university
