Pure Sports Medicine in London is seeking a proactive Consultant PA to support the day-to-day running of our clinical services, with a strong focus on consultant support and clinic coordination. You will be a key point of contact for patients and consultants, manage bookings, and maintain confidential records in line with GDPR.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or medical secretarial roles.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work calmly under pressure.
• Professional and confidential handling of patient information.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate consultant diaries, bookings and clinic schedules.
• Be the main point of contact for patients and consultants regarding bookings and follow-ups.
• Prepare clinic rooms and materials for sessions; ensure smooth sessions.
• Send referrals to imaging or pathology providers and monitor progress.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant patient records and support care pathways.
