Boston Consulting Group seeks a Consultant/Project Leader in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice. You will operate as a core member, developing strategic approaches and delivering end-to-end solutions for diverse TMT projects.

You will collaborate with senior clients, lead discussions, and drive changes at the executive level, leveraging your bilingual (French/English) communication skills and international experience to transform client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a leading TMT strategy role or consulting firm.
• Experience devising and implementing business strategies with quantitative analysis and clear communication.
• Passion for TMT and disruptive technology trends.
• Experience managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills to partner with executive management.
• Collaborative team player with high ethical standards and international exposure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.

What You’ll Do

As a Consultant/Project Leader, you will be a core member of our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice and will work alongside some of the world’s top minds in the area.

To solve our clients’ problems, you will be given end-to-end responsibility within significant TMT related projects. You will develop state-of-the-art strategic approaches and innovative solutions based on thorough fact-based analyses. You will work from strategy to execution, on different TMT complex matters in different industries. For example, you will work to:

• Develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for a multinational corporation
• Design a media strategy for a tech firm
• Implement a telecommunications overhaul for a healthcare provider
• Lead a data analytics initiative for a financial institution
• Conduct a cybersecurity strategy for a retail company
• Develop a cloud migration program for a manufacturing company
• Lead a technology innovation project for a pharmaceutical company
• Conduct a digital health-check and roadmap for an oil & gas company
• Field a turnaround program for a struggling digital business unit

What You’ll Bring

You would typically have:

• You have 5+ years of experience working with a leading TMT strategy consulting firm or industry player focused on TMT.
• You have experience of devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of strategic solutions.
• You are passionate about TMT industry and willing to be part of the most exciting challenges and operating at the intersection of disruptive technology and constantly-evolving consumer trends
• Have experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
• Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart
• Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
