Boston Consulting Group in Paris is seeking a Consultant/Project Leader to join the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice. You will work alongside world-class experts on end-to-end TMT projects, applying state-of-the-art analyses to shape client strategies from concept to execution.

You will lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and develop digital transformation, media, cloud, and cybersecurity initiatives across industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at a top TMT strategy firm or TMT-focused industry player.
• Experience devising and implementing business strategies with quantitative analysis and clear communication of insights.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client and stakeholder relationships and influence client agendas.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a core member of the TMT Practice on end-to-end client engagements.
• Develop state-of-the-art strategic approaches and innovative solutions based on fact-based analyses.
• Lead projects from strategy to execution across multiple industries within TMT.
• Collaborate with executive teams to implement new visions and drive organizational change.
• Create and present compelling recommendations to clients and senior leadership.

What You'll Do

As a Consultant/Project Leader, you will be a core member of our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice and will work alongside some of the world’s top minds in the area.

To Solve Our Clients’ Problems, You Will Be Given End-to-end Responsibility Within Significant TMT Related Projects. You Will Develop State-of-the-art Strategic Approaches And Innovative Solutions Based On Thorough Fact-based Analyses. You Will Work From Strategy To Execution, On Different TMT Complex Matters In Different Industries. For Example, You Will Work To

• Develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for a multinational corporation
• Design a media strategy for a tech firm
• Implement a telecommunications overhaul for a healthcare provider
• Lead a data analytics initiative for a financial institution
• Conduct a cybersecurity strategy for a retail company
• Develop a cloud migration program for a manufacturing company
• Lead a technology innovation project for a pharmaceutical company
• Conduct a digital health-check and roadmap for an oil & gas company
• Field a turnaround program for a struggling digital business unit

What You'll Bring

You would typically have:

• You have 5+ years of experience working with a leading TMT strategy consulting firm or industry player focused on TMT.
• You have experience of devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of strategic solutions.
• You are passionate about TMT industry and willing to be part of the most exciting challenges and operating at the intersection of disruptive technology and constantly-evolving consumer trends
• Have experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
• Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart
• Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
