Obsidian seeks a Computational Structural & Mechanical Engineering Expert to design graduate-level problems using open-source tools such as FEniCSx, OpenFOAM, and Python. You will run simulations, interpret results, design experiments, and refine problems to challenge AI models.

You should have MS/PhD level training with hands-on tool experience, and strong Python skills for setups, validators, and automation in Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level training in a relevant STEM field (MS/PhD or equivalent research).
• Proven proficiency with at least one listed scientific library through publications or work.
• Strong Python skills for problem setups, oracle functions, and validators.
• Ability to design challenging, research-grade problems.

Responsabilités

• Design original computational problems using advanced open-source tools.
• Run simulations, interpret results, and design experiments.
• Test against state-of-the-art AI models and refine difficulty.
