You will craft tasks that test AI systems on computational mechanics and multiphysics topics in a research-grade setting.

The role emphasizes strategic problem design over routine data labeling, with focus on open-source tools like FEniCSx, OpenFOAM, calc libs, and Python-based pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Graduate-level training in a STEM field (MS/PhD preferred).
  • Proven proficiency with at least one listed scientific software library.
  • Strong Python skills for problem setups, validators, and orchestration.
  • Ability to work independently and refine problem designs based on feedback.
  • Comfortable in Linux/terminal environments with remote compute sandboxes.
  • Available for 15–20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

  • Design original graduate-level computational problems using real workflows.
  • Create problem setups, oracle functions, and solution validators.
  • Test problems against state-of-the-art AI models and refine difficulty.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure reproducibility and robust benchmarks.
