Job summary

Alice & Bob in Paris is seeking a Compliance & Corporate Governance Manager to bolster our compliance framework and governance commitments across the business. You will work closely with the Legal Supervisor and external advisors to ensure alignment with investors, customers, partners and regulators.

The role blends compliance, governance and operations in a fast-moving deeptech environment, requiring strong organization, project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in compliance, corporate governance, legal operations, regulatory affairs or related function.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience drafting, implementing and maintaining policies and compliance programs.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); French desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's compliance framework (excluding export control, coordination with export control specialist).
• Coordinate external consultants and internal stakeholders on compliance projects.
• Develop, maintain and update policies, procedures and supporting documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on the company.
• Design and deliver internal compliance awareness and training programs.
• Act as point of contact for compliance-related requests from customers, investors, partners and authorities.
• Support discussions by reviewing and negotiating compliance commitments and obligations.
• Track and coordinate recurring governance obligations, including investor reporting and information rights.
• Ensure timely completion of governance, compliance and reporting deliverables with stakeholders.
• Contribute to due diligence, audits, fundraising processes and strategic transactions.
