Job summary

Deblock is seeking an experienced compliance professional to manage the regulatory compliance framework. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, providing advisory support, conducting training, and liaising with regulatory bodies.

The ideal candidate will hold an advanced degree in Law, Finance, or Business, possess deep knowledge of the EU regulatory environment, and be fluent in French and English. This role offers a competitive salary and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification from an internationally recognised body (e.g. ICA, ACAMS).
• Scaling experience managing compliance across EU borders.
• Additional EU language, particularly German, is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Compliance Framework.
• Assess and monitor Conduct Risk.
• Manage responses to regulatory inquiries.
• Deliver compliance training and awareness programs.

Skills

Deep knowledge of EU regulatory environment

Ability to translate complex legal text

Native-level fluency in French

Full professional proficiency in English

Knowledge of financial crime and AML policies

Education

Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Law, Finance, or Business
