Remote assignments are scheduled by agreement, with an hourly pay model ($35–$65/hr USD). Deliverables include clear artifacts, explicit assumptions, and reproducible checks within the agreed scope.

IXO is engaging specialists to evaluate algorithmic reasoning informed by a strong competitive-programming record. Your contribution is technical work: make the reasoning inspectable, identify substantive errors and provide evidence that supports a reliable assessment.

Work you will do

• Contribute specialist judgment to programming research and evaluation tasks within the agreed assignment.
• Use the problem-solving discipline demonstrated in competitive settings to explain and assess challenging algorithmic reasoning.
• Provide clear technical work and feedback according to the task specification; individual deliverables will be agreed before work.

Required background and routes

• Exceptional competitive-programming achievement, with examples including LeetCode top-one-percent performance, ICPC Nationals participation, Codeforces Master or USACO Gold.

Deliverables

Submit the completed technical artifact or assessment with its supporting evidence, explicit assumptions, reproducible checks where applicable, and concise reasons for each material judgment. Address review findings within the agreed scope.

Location and schedule

Remote assignments are scheduled by agreement, with no guaranteed weekly volume. IXO confirms the applicable timing before work.

Pay and working terms

$35 $65/hr USD. The agreed hourly rate, scope, schedule and acceptance criteria are confirmed before work starts. Applying does not guarantee an assignment.
