CMA CGM Group, a global leader in shipping and logistics, is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join the Group Tax Department and report to the Transfer Pricing Manager. You will work with Finance, Legal, Controlling, Treasury and operations across the Group on advisory, structuring, audits and compliance.

The role requires 7–10 years of Transfer Pricing experience, a strong command of French and English, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

Degree from a leading Business School or University with a specialization in Economics, Finance, Tax, Accounting or Audit.
7 to 10 years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing, ideally within a law firm, a Big Four firm and/or the tax department of a large international group.

Responsabilités

Act as a key liaison between the Group Tax Department and Finance, Legal, Controlling, Treasury and operational teams; provide guidance on transfer pricing matters.
Raise awareness of transfer pricing matters across functions through training and communications, especially for tax audits.
Manage transfer pricing compliance activities; prepare and maintain Master File, Local Files, testing matrices, and benchmark reviews.
Support transfer pricing tax audits in France and internationally; prepare documentation and defend the policy before tax authorities.
Assist with Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).
Support M&A teams on transfer pricing aspects of restructuring and integration projects.
Review intercompany agreements from a transfer pricing perspective.
