Rochester Regional Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Long Term Care team at the Newark, NY facility. The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians, and support families with compassionate service.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, documenting patient progress, managing EHRs, and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations. A Diploma or Associate’s Nursing degree and NY RN licensure are required, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree at least an AS or Diploma/Associate's; NY RN license.
• BLS certification is required/licensed by NYSED.
• BSN is preferred for advancement or specialty roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care using nursing process and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop individualized care plans and document progress with the health team.
• Proficiently manage Electronic Health Records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Adhere to department, system, and regulatory requirements.
