Nikki Beach Hospitality Group in Cannes invites applications for a Restaurant Commis / Runner. This entry-level role supports the service flow, rotating between food running, drinks running, floor support, and expediting to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will join the Lucia Cannes service team, with opportunities to grow within the brand’s barefoot luxury hospitality legacy spanning iconic beach clubs and resorts worldwide.

Responsabilités

• Rotate between food, drink, and floor runner duties.
• Support waiters in all service sections.
• Deliver food and drinks quickly, accurately, and safely.
• Clear and reset tables, beds, and guest areas.
• Set tables with linens, glassware, cutlery, and centerpieces.
• Prepare and fold napkins and cutlery roll-ups.
• Polish and restock glassware and silverware.
• Maintain clean and organized back and side stations.
• Refill condiments, oils, and seasonings.
• Assist the kitchen with communication and food delivery.
• Monitor guest needs and respond to requests when necessary.
• Respect safety, hygiene, and property care standards.
• Stay calm and efficient during busy service hours.
• Follow Lucia Cannes service flow and etiquette at all times.
• Work closely with all team members to deliver a seamless experience.

Position Overview

As a Restaurant Commis / Runner, you support the entire service operation by preparing, delivering, and resetting all elements needed for a smooth guest experience. You rotate between food running, drinks running, floor support, and expediting, and contribute to service speed, cleanliness, and flow. This is an entry-level role with a clear path to grow within the Lucia Cannes service team.
