Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Math or Engineering.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work alone, in team and engage with multi-functional stakeholders.
• Analytical skills: numbers, analysis and market insights.
• Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analytics: ad hoc analyses to drive and improve business performance.
• Reporting: field performance tracking and reporting with visualization tools.
• KPIs & targets: monitor Multicategory KPIs and quarterly targets.
• Incentive schemes: support definition and tuning of incentives.
