Job summary

Smartbox Group in Paris is seeking a Commercial Strategy & Data Analyst to support GTM Strategy and Sales by delivering reliable analyses, reports and dashboards to monitor partner performance and commercial activity.

You will work on defined topics, contribute to recurring reporting, and ensure data accuracy to help commercial teams make informed decisions while collaborating with GTM Strategy, RevOps, Sales, Product, Tech and Finance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, BI or related role.
• Good working knowledge of SQL and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Basic understanding of commercial, sales or marketplace environments.
• Ability to work with structured datasets and follow analytical frameworks.
• Comfortable collaborating with Sales, GTM Strategy, RevOps, Product and Finance.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Partner Performance: produce recurring reports on partner performance by tier, category and geography.
• Monitor revenue contribution, availability, catalog quality and NPS; flag data issues.
• Support quarterly/monthly business reviews with data extracts, charts and summaries.
• Pricing & Commercial Analysis Support: assist in pricing analyses and simulate commercial scenarios.
• Maintain and update GTM dashboards used by Strategy, Sales and country stakeholders.
• Marketplace & Product Data Support: track marketplace metrics and provide data for cross-functional discussions.
