Recupere Metals is seeking a Commercial Finance Lead to drive the financial evaluation, structuring, and governance of commercial arrangements. You will optimise working capital, secure feedstock supply, and structure offtake and customer contracts, while building the commercial finance team.

You will partner with the CEO and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with growth plans, manage risk, and lead negotiation with suppliers and customers on long-term and spot contracts.

Qualifications

• Strong 7+ years in commercial finance within metals recycling or commodities.
• Proven experience structuring complex feedstock and offtake agreements.
• Fluent English; French is a strong plus.
• Ability to work from Paris, Lyon, or Geneva.
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end working capital strategy, focusing on feedstock inventory, processing cycles, receivables, payables and settlement timing.
• Design cash-efficient commercial structures, manage liquidity forecasting, hedging impacts, and FX considerations.
• Lead financial structuring of feedstock supply agreements and offtake contracts.
• Provide financial leadership to procurement, sales, operations, legal and treasury teams.
• Stress-test commercial structures under scenarios including price volatility and counterparty risk.
