Recupere Metals is building an industrial deep-tech company focused on circular copper production. We are seeking a Founders Associate to partner with the CEO across commercial strategy, financing, and operations as the company scales.

You will shape pricing, secure grants, plan the budget, manage cashflow and contribute to investor materials, while coordinating with commercial, technical and production teams. This is a flexible, impact-led role with hybrid work from Paris/Lyon/Geneva hubs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in strategy consulting, banking, commercial strategy, corporate finance, or a generalist/chief-of-staff-style role in a startup or fast-growing business.
• Comfortable moving between relationship-facing work and analytical work.
• Strong quantitative skills and advanced spreadsheet proficiency.
• Some exposure to company financing: budgeting, cashflow, grants or fundraising.
• Confidence working with incomplete data and explicit assumptions.
• Evidence of taking ownership and delivering projects with limited supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with judgement to work with a CEO on sensitive topics.
• Practical approach to digital tools, automation and process improvement.
• Interest in industrial technology, electrification and the circular economy.
• Fluent English; French is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Support commercial strategy across sourcing, market development and pricing, including research and deal analysis.
• Contribute financial and commercial analysis to major deals, partnerships and decisions.
• Own or support budget planning, cashflow management and runway visibility.
• Prepare materials and follow-ups for board and investor meetings.
