Ubisoft, based in Paris, seeks a lawyer to join the Legal Department handling strategic partnerships and distribution of our games across console, PC, mobile and VR.

The role focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with major digital platforms, technology companies and console manufacturers, advising on competition law and multi-jurisdictional matters in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience with major digital players or technology companies.
• Fluent in English; French would be an asset.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to commercial transactions and strategic negotiations; draft and negotiate distribution agreements with console manufacturers and major platforms.
• Support implementation and ongoing management of agreements; advise on interpretation and application across digital/physical distribution.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on competition law and cross-functional, multi‑jurisdictional issues.
