Job summary

Ubisoft Entertainment is seeking a Legal Counsel to support Publishing & Partnerships. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for distribution across console, PC, mobile, and VR platforms, in collaboration with global teams.

You will provide business-oriented legal advice in a fast-paced international environment, coordinating with business, sales, finance, and corporate teams to address contract terms and implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally with major digital players or technology companies.
• Strong understanding of competition law and market practices related to distribution and partnerships.
• Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice in an international setting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to commercial transactions and strategic negotiations with publishing and sales teams for distribution and co-marketing partnerships.
• Independently draft and negotiate distribution agreements with console manufacturers and major platforms; advise on interpretation and implementation.
• Support ongoing management of agreements and provide operational guidance to global teams on distribution of games across platforms.
• Assist on other transactional or corporate matters as needed and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
