Ubisoft is a global leader in gaming with teams across the world. The Junior Legal Counsel will provide end-to-end daily legal support for HQ, group topics, and cross-franchise initiatives, ensuring consistent governance and scalable practices.

Based at our Saint Mandé office near Paris, the role collaborates with Creative Houses and internal stakeholders to draft and review contracts, train teams, and promote best practices while supporting growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• First experience as a trainee or junior legal counsel in intellectual property and commercial contracting.
• Experience in adjacent domains is valued.

Responsabilités

• Draft, negotiate, and oversee contracts across cross-functional groups.
• Provide practical legal advice to development and marketing teams.
• Promote strong legal best practices to enable creativity; validate in‑game content.
• Contribute to structuring and documenting team resources to streamline future case handling, and support the development of a knowledge hub for internal stakeholders.
