Keoni is seeking an Integration & Support Consultant to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of collaborative digital workspaces, including deployment, operation and decommissioning. You will manage Teams Rooms, BYOD solutions and related AV equipment, coordinating with internal tech teams and external integrators.

You will handle testing, production rollouts, and post-implementation support (L2/L3), monitor service quality, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the user experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a complete equipment lifecycle.
• Draft project documents (BRDs, specs, RFPs).
• Proficient in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and commission Teams Rooms and BYOD solutions.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and incident resolution.
• Monitor performance, KPIs and maintain technical documentation.
• Plan withdrawals and renewals of end-of-life equipment.
