Google is seeking a Customer Engineer, Agentic Workplace Transformation, for Google Cloud in Paris. This role partners with customers to design, demonstrate, and implement integration strategies using Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, while managing technical relationships across enterprise accounts in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within cloud computing, professional services, or systems engineering.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical field (preferred).
• Experience with on-premise and cloud-based mail delivery, routing, and filtering technologies (preferred).
• Experience in mobile device management and relevant integrations (preferred).
• Experience with cloud security (IAM, SSO, OAuth, 2-step verification) (preferred).
• Familiarity with Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS terminology (preferred).
• Fluent French communication for client relationships (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms and application infrastructure to implement a complete solution on Google Cloud.
• Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise product integrations.
• Share Agentic Workplace Transformation expertise covering Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise to support the technical relationship with enterprise customers.
• Identify and qualify business opportunities, address technical objections, and develop strategies to resolve blockers.
• Manage secondary market coverage for the EMEA South and MENAT regions.
