Kairos Vista seeks a hands-on Head of Cloud Architecture to lead modernization across portfolio companies, owning end-to-end strategy from due diligence to execution. You will drive cloud-native transformations, guide governance, and partner with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud to deliver scalable outcomes.

The role demands strong leadership, deep technical expertise in cloud platforms, and a track record of delivering enterprise-grade cloud transformations with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cloud architecture and enterprise SaaS transformations within regulated sectors.
• Proven ability to design and own cloud transformation roadmaps and drive alignment across executives.
• Proven expertise conducting technical due diligence and translating findings into actionable blueprints.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, migration, Kubernetes, microservices, and DevOps.
• Track record mobilizing cross-functional teams and managing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills with a record of delivering measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Technical Due Diligence: assess legacy infra, debt, cloud readiness, risks.
• Transformation Blueprint Development: design migration roadmap with milestones and AI leverage.
• Strategic Execution: drive migration, containerization, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
• Stakeholder Alignment: coordinate with business and tech leaders to maintain buy-in.
• Cloud Innovation: evaluate emerging solutions for cost, scalability, and compliance.
• Risk Management: identify and mitigate cloud-specific risks in security and governance.
• Team Leadership: mentor cloud engineering teams and drive fast, high-quality delivery.
• Execution Accountability: own milestones, quality, and outcomes across partners.
