Established Search Ltd partners with an innovative medical device company in the vascular neurovascular space. We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to support the French market, working with physicians and hospital teams to ensure the safe and effective use of advanced neurovascular technologies.

The role blends clinical expertise with commercial activities, building relationships, supporting product evaluations, training, and contributing to territorial growth across France.

Qualifications

• Clinical specialists must have hospital experience in neurovascular or related field.
• Experience with stroke and thrombectomy procedures is preferred.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical support during procedures with physicians and clinical teams.
• Build relationships with neurointerventionalists, stroke teams and hospital stakeholders.
• Support product evaluations, training, demos and clinical cases.
• Provide ongoing education and technical support to customers.
• Develop understanding of clinical needs and workflows in key accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and support the commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Attend conferences and clinical events across France.

Established Search is proud to be partnering with an innovative, fast-growing medical device company developing next-generation technologies within the vascular neurovascular space.

As part of their continued European growth, they are looking to appoint a Clinical Specialist to support the French market.

This is first and foremost a clinical role, working closely with physicians and hospital teams to support the safe and effective use of innovative neurovascular technologies. However, the successful candidate will also need a strong commercial and sales background, with the ability to identify opportunities, build customer relationships and contribute to territory growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support during procedures, working closely with physicians and clinical teams.
• Build strong relationships with neurointerventionalists, stroke teams and key hospital stakeholders.
• Support product evaluations, training, demonstrations and clinical cases.
• Provide ongoing education and technical support to customers.
• Develop a strong understanding of the clinical needs and workflows within key accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and support the wider commercial strategy.
• Work closely with Territory Managers and wider commercial/clinical teams.
• Attend relevant conferences, workshops and clinical events across France.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Clinical Specialist, Clinical Sales Specialist, Field Clinical Specialist or similar within medical devices.
• Strong background in neurovascular, endovascular, vascular, interventional radiology or a related field.
• Good understanding of stroke, thrombectomy and neurovascular procedures.
• Confident providing clinical support within a hospital/procedure room environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility with physicians.
• Commercially minded, with previous experience supporting sales, account development or business growth.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across France.

The ideal candidate will be a clinically credible medical device professional who can operate confidently in the procedure room while also understanding the commercial side of the business.
