Job summary

Cephalgo, a Strasbourg-based AI safety and compliance company, is seeking a senior professional to lead research collaborations across clinical environments. You will identify partners, structure collaborations, and oversee data collection for real-world datasets in neuropsychiatry and cognitive health.

You will translate scientific requirements into operational workflows, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure GDPR-aligned processes while maintaining audit-friendly documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical research operations
• Proven experience setting up multi-site collaborations: feasibility, budgets, contracting, start-up
• Familiarity with ethics/IRB workflows and informed consent in EU/UK preferred
• Comfort working with GDPR-protected data and producing strong documentation

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential partners: memory clinics, academic labs, CROs, trial vendors.
• Coordinate NDAs, feasibility questionnaires, budgets, timelines, and contracting steps through signature.
• Translate scientific requirements into site-friendly operational plans and data collection workflows.
• Ensure GDPR-aligned processes, DPAs, data minimization, and audit-ready documentation.
