Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or nursing background.
• Minimum of two years of independent on-site clinical monitoring experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple protocols across various indications.
• Expert knowledge of Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
• Willingness to travel nationally as required.
• Full professional fluency in French and English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Executing site management and monitoring tasks throughout France.
• Collaborating with clinical sites to implement and track patient recruitment strategies.
• Delivering protocol specific training to site staff.
• Documenting site activities through comprehensive monitoring reports and action plans.
• Mentoring and training junior staff members when required.
